  • Orders are accepted via our online store only.

  • We accept Stripe, PayPal, TWINT, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) unless stated otherwise.

  • VAT is not charged unless legally required.

  • Payment must be made in full before shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Switzerland and to the EU.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for all products, including earrings.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
