At Crystal Elysium, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the conditions below.

1. Return Period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and certificates.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn to be eligible for a return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at crystalelysium@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
